NP Consultant Mobile Primary Care Clinic is a practice for individuals to receive top-of-the-line preventative and primary care services in and around the greater Baltimore, Carroll and Howard Counties. We see all our patients in the comfort of their own homes and have clinicians who provide treatment for acute and chronic conditions, manage post-hospital visits, and assist with weight management, ear wax removal, telemedicine, and travel consultations. Our team has a rigorous medical background and over 20 years of combined clinical experience. We embrace patients from all backgrounds. We are proud to have built a clinical model that focuses on providing customized and convenient care. We treat each individual patient with outstanding care specific to them.
When specialty care is required, we refer patients to outside providers in the appropriate specialty.
